Who will use it?

Hello Neighbors! helps people connect with their neighbors.

Why is this product needed?

People with social anxiety have difficulty to initiate the conversation with someone they just met. This new app provides a platform to break the ice and connect with their neighbors easier based on shared interests.

Bryan moved to his current apartment two years ago. He loves his neighborhood becuase

of its convenient location, 24/7 amenities and the young vibe of the community. There

are nearly 500 units in his building but he barely knows anyone. Even though he comes

across different neighbors at the elevators everyday, he still finds it hard to initiate the

conversation with people he just met. Besides work, he likes watching movies at home,

running outdoors and invites friends over for dinner.

Bryan grew up in a Toronto suburb area called Mississauga. In his neighborhood, nearly

everyone knows each other. He really misses the time hanging out with his neighbors and

the closeness of community.
