Naming Rights and Benefits You can help create the cultural institute with a gift. Major donations will be recognized and acknowledged in the Institute with signage, on the Hispanic Heritage Cultural Insitute website, and in our newsletters. Each donation is meaningful and valued!
Creating the Hispanic Heritage Cultural InstituteThe 32,000 sq. ft. Cultural Institute on the corner of Niagara and Hudson Street will be a hub of Hispanic culture, history, and celebration. It will serve as a home for the Buffalo/Niagara community to learn, create, and embrace the Hispanic culture. The three-story Hispanic Heritage Cultural Institute, designed by Stieglitz Snyder Architecture will hold educational programs, events, and cultural activities.
How can we accomplish this ambitious $10 million project?
Partnerships :You can be a partner with the Hispanic Heritage Cultural Institute .
• Donations will help to sustain and revitalize our cultural institute.
• You may make a financial pledge to support an area that you choose – and you maymake pledge payments over a five-year period to fulfill your commitment.
• You may make a tax-deductible donation in any amount to help with the Institute’sconstruction and programming.
• You can make a gift in honor or memory of someone you love.
• It’s easy. Let us show you how you may help.
Endowment Opportunities :What is an endowment ? An endowment is like a permanent bank account where the initial amount (the principal) is invested and never invaded – only the interest on the fund is distributed to use for priority programs or specific needs. Endowed funds create an ongoing and reliable source of income in perpetuity. As the fund grows, so too does the annual disbursement to sustain the Hispanic Heritage Cultural Institute. And donors may add to the endowed fund over the years to increase funding power for the future.
