GUIDELINES FOR AN ENJOYABLE STAYPETS ARE WELCOME: However they MUST be kept on a leash when outside of your RV. Animals must be attended at all times. Please note the DOG WALK AREAS on the Resort Map. You are required to pick up after your pet including in the horse area. Pet Rules are strictly enforced up to and including the loss of your deposit for failure to observe this rule. In the event that the Resort has to clean up after your pet or your site of pet waste, you will be charged a $50 clean-up fee. Guests are responsible for any damage or injuries caused by their pets. Verification of rabies and parvo shots are required of all pets, including your visitors’ pets.
VISITORS: All incoming visitors must check in at the office before entering the Resort.
CHILDREN: Children are always welcome at Horspitality RV Resort. It should be noted that the Resort is primarily an adult park from October to April. Parents must exercise extreme caution and must keep a close eye on their children’s activities. Horses, ATVs and the mere fact that the Resort is virtually full during that time makes being watchful a must. Children are not permitted to operate ANY wheeled vehicle in the Resort. That includes skateboards, bicycles, tricycles, ATVs or any other vehicle. Dirt Bikes are never permitted at Horspitality. Dirt Bikes must remain on trailers or holders while in the Resort.
HORSE CORRAL AREA: You enter the Horse Area at your own risk. Children are never allowed in the horse area. DO NOT go near a horse unless the owner is present and permits you to do so.
EQUINE ACTIVITIES: Per Arizona Law, an equine activities sponsor or equine owner’s agent is not liable for an injury to or the death of a participant in equine activities resulting from the inherent risk of equine activities pursuant to A.R.S. 12-553.
SPEED LIMITS: No vehicle may exceed the posted speed limit of 10 MPH. This includes bicycles, ATVs, golf carts, cars and trucks and all other vehicles, motorized and non-motorized.
OUTSIDE STORAGE: All outside storage is prohibited. Storage under RVs is not allowed. You may have patio furniture and grills on your patio, but all other items must be stored IN your RV and out of sight. You may store items behind an approved skirt.
NO OPEN FIRES: The desert has a constant danger of fire. Only enclosed, supervised fires are permitted. Chimineas, portable outside fireplaces, gas grills and charcoal grills are permitted at RV sites. Ground fires are NEVER permitted at any RV site. Resort approved bonfires are held with prior approval. Charcoal may never be dumped on the ground even when cool. A can marked “Charcoal” is located near the bonfire area for charcoal disposal.
THROWING OF ANY ITEM IS NOT PERMITTED. This includes balls of any type, Frisbees, boomerangs, jarts, darts, etc. If you would like to play a game requiring the throwing of items, please see the office for an approved area.
SECURITY: YOU are responsible for the security of your property. Horspitality does not guarantee the security of your property. We recommend you lock or otherwise secure all personal property just as you would in any other public place.
STORAGE: If you choose to use the Horspitality Storage Facility you are responsible for carrying insurance on your possessions. Horspitality does not insure your property. We further recommend you secure all removable items such as batteries, propane tanks and any other exterior items. Needless to say, you should always lock your unit. Losses incurred while stored at Horspitality are the responsibility of the stored item’s owner, not Horspitality.
SITE CLEANUP: Please leave your site in the condition you find it. We will inspect your site after you remove your RV, and if we find that it requires cleaning we will charge you a $50.00 cleaning fee. This includes picking up pet waste, repairing pet holes or damage or removal of any items not belonging in the site.

ARIZONA FLAGThe 13 rays of red and gold on the top half of the flag represent both the 13 original colonies of the Union and the rays of the western setting sun. Red and gold werealso the colors carried by Coronado’s Spanish expedition, in search of the Seven Cities of Cibola in 1540. The bottom half of the flag has the same Liberty blue as the United States flag. Since Arizona was the largest producer of copper in the nation, a copper star was placed in the flag’s center. The flag was adopted in 1917.
