Fairmont Banff Spring Hotel Room Descriptions  Fairmont Room $409 Distinctly furnished and cozy in character, our charming Fairmont Rooms are suitable for individuals or couples. Located throughout the resort, these rooms offer a variety of bed types with limited views of the hotel grounds and buildings.  Room size: starting at approx. 175‐ 250sq. ft. Bed Type: one king, one queen or two twins  Limited views of hotel grounds or buildings   Deluxe Room $489 Enjoy additional space for rest and relaxation in an elegantly appointed Deluxe Room. Located in the main building, Deluxe Rooms offer a variety of bed types.  Room size: starting at approx. 200 ‐ 385 sq. ft. Bed type: one king, one queen, two doubles  Limited views of hotel grounds/buildings   Stanley Thompson Deluxe $509 Feel at home in the comfortable surroundings of the Stanley Thompson Deluxe Room. Named in honor of Stanley Thompson, the Canadian golf course architect who designed our signature 18‐hole course, The Stanley Thompson Wing is connected to the main building and within easy walking distance of hotel amenities. Ideal for small families or extended stay guests who seek the comforts of additional space and slightly larger bathrooms. Room size:  starting at approx. 225 to 385 sq. ft. Bed type: one king, one queen, two doubles Limited views of hotel grounds/buildings   Stanley Thompson Suite $569 Feel at home in the comfortable surroundings of our Stanley Thompson Suites. Named in honour of Stanley Thompson, the Canadian golf course architect who designed our signature 18‐hole course, The Stanley Thompson Wing is connected to the main building and within easy walking distance of all hotel amenities. Ideal for small families or extended stay guests who seek the comforts of additional living space with slightly larger bathrooms. Room size: starting at approx. 375 ‐ 500 sq. ft. Bed type: one king or two queen beds Limited views of hotel grounds/buildings   Signature Room $569 Elegantly decorated, Signature View Rooms are reminiscent of bygone eras. Historical, castle‐like rooms feature distinctive architectural details such as crown molding, ornate chandeliers & artwork. Located exclusively in the main building, these rooms have picturesque views. Room size: starting at approx. 275 – 450 sq. ft. Bed type: one king bed Spectacular mountain views      

  Junior Suite $589 Treat yourself to an extraordinary experience in a spacious, open concept Junior View Suite. Featuring a defined bedroom and living area, these Junior Suites include all the comforts of home. Located in the main building. Room size: starting at approx. 325 ‐ 459 sq. ft. Bed type: one king bed These suites offer spectacular mountain views   Fairmont Gold Room $609 Fairmont Gold is privately located on the 4th and 5th floors of the main building, offering guests exclusive services and amenities. These comfortably cozy, yet contemporary rooms feature rich fabrics, individually styled furniture and art with limited views of the hotel grounds or buildings. Bathrooms include a granite vanity, slate flooring and European‐style body spray shower (rooms on Fairmont Gold do not have bathtubs). Room size: starting at approx. 175‐ 268 sq. ft.  Bed type: one king bed or two doubles Hotel grounds or buildings (some views are limited)    One‐Bedroom Suite $769 Spacious and ideal for entertaining, One Bedroom Suites are located exclusively in the main building. Each suite features an elegantly appointed living room with private entrance. The attached bedroom is spacious and well appointed.  Room size: starting at approx. 550 ‐ 650 sq. ft. Bed type: one king bed These rooms offer a variety of views  Deposit/Cancelation Policy A credit card is required to guarantee reservations.  A guarantee on each reservation is in the form of an advance deposit for payment of (2) night’s room/tax, charged 30 days prior to arrival ‐ non‐Refundable.  Please review all of the hotel options carefully before booking.  Due to the historical nature of this building, styled after a Scottish baronial castle, every room is slightly different in size.  Please note, all NYU guests have been given priority to be placed in the largest guest room in each category, but size is not guaranteed.

 Taxes and Service Charge Room rates are subject to 11% taxes (2% TIF, 4% ATL, 5% GST)   There is an additional $12 per person (over the age of 18) daily charge to cover all porterage and housekeeping services.   There is no charge for additional children under 18 who share with their parents.  Third/fourth adult per room charge is $30 per night.
