How to Add Functional Positions in My.Scouting.Org
1. Log in to My.Scouting.Org using the same username and password as your myscouting.org account.
2. Click on the “Home” button.
3. Select the unit you for which you will be assigning Functional Positions. Then click on the “Organization Security
Manager” Button from the drop-down menu.
4. On this screen you will see a list of five Functional Positions.
5. Click on the Functional Position to which you wish to add a member.
6. Click on the green plus button to add a person to that functional position.
7. Select an individual from the drop-down menu and click save.
