HOW TO CHANGE BANKING DETAILS ON

Type in Login name and password

Click Search then Contacts

Type in First and Last Name

Double Click on first name or last name

Select Billing Items

Click Search Now

Select the BA you want to change-Double Click on

Billing Arrangement

Click Create , Billing Manager then Pay Means

Click V-Lookup to search the customer you changing

banking Details

Type in Customer first and last name under customer Alias and click search now

Select radio button for the customer you working on it

Click Select

Click OK

Type in all the banking details on the mandatory

fields

Banking Details typed in all mandatory fields

click save

click V-Look up

click search now

Select the radio button for the bank details you have

made changes

Clive Save
