How to record video from your webcam on a Chromebook Click on the circle in the bottom left corner

Click on all apps

Click on web store

Type “School Video Recorder” in search box Click “Add to Chrome”

School video recorder should now be an app you can click on.

Name Your recording – give it a good title.

Check that audio and video is working in the frame. Click “Looks Good” when ready

Click “Start Recording” when you are ready. Click “Stop and Upload” when you are finished.

You need to wait until you see this on the screen.

You may now share your video with your teacher. Please follow your teacher’s directions to do so. share the video or share the link In Google Drive Click on the Video, then click the three dots in the upper right hand corner.

Click “Share”

If your teacher wants you to share the video through google drive, you will need to type their name in the box, If your teacher wants you to share the link, you will need to copy the link and paste it where your teacher wants you to paste it. Be sure the sharing preferences are correct.

This can also be used with a PC or MAC through the chrome browser.
