1. Store your email on your computer, mobile devices, DVD, CD or USB disk.

2. Insert the PDF email inside of other pdf documents (with a converter).

3. Send email as an attachment.

STEP 1: Sign into your Google Gmail account.

STEP 2: Select the email that you wish to save as a PDF file then click to open.

STEP 3: Click on the side down arrow. Click on print or click on the printer’s icon to proceed to the next screen.

STEP 4: Select one PDF printer. Select settings. Click the print button. You do not have to be connected to a printer.

STEP 5: Save your email as a PDF file at a location on your computer. Name your file.
