How to Setup Printing System by Ricoh 2503!Requirement !- Check your Windows System 32 Bits/ 64 Bits!- Download Printer Driver from http://www.rsgis.ait.ac.th in Current Student Section following your
System!- Connect into RSGIS Network : 203.159.10.XXX Check !
- Check by ==> Start ==> Run ==> CMD!- Command: ipconfig /all !
==========================================================================!!1 .Download Driver Following your System between Windows 32bit or 64 bit!!2. Extract and Run ==> Installation file in folder!!3. Right Click and Run as Administrator on Setup File!
4. Click on I Accept the Agreement!!

!5. Selected on Add New Printer!!!6. Selected Connect to Printer port or LAN by Search for Printer Automatically!

7. If you are in RSGIS network 203.159.10.XXX, you will see as following figure, then click NEXT !!
!!8. Choose the model Printer Name: RiCOH MP C2503 PCL6!
!!!!9. Then Continuos to finished installation Process.!!!!!
!Printing Configuration Process!
!1. Click on Device /Printing Menu under ==> Control Panel \ Hardware and Sound \
Device and Printers!
!!!2. Right click on Ricoh MP C2503 PCL 6 and Select Print Properties!
!3. Go to Tab : Advance Options and Check on User Authentication ==> Then Click Apply!!
!!4. Goto Tab: Advanced and Click ==> Printing Default!
!!!
!5. This Process to Setting Default Profile for Printing, then Setting as following image !!- Job Type : ==> Hold Print!- Document Size : ==> A4!- Orientation : ==> Portrait!- Colour / Black and White ==> Black and White !!Then Click ==> Apply and OK!

!6. Click on RiCOH Printer and Right-Click and ==> Select to Printing Preference !!
!!!7. The menu should show as same as default configuration as following, If not please force it to following figure again. !

!8. On Tab: Detail Setting and Menu (Job Setup ) !! 8.1 Choose : Job Type ==> Hold Print!! 8.2 Click in Detail ==> Add User ID : XXXXX!! 8.3 Click Apply and OK!

!9. On Tab: Detail Setting and Menu (Job Setup ) !! 9.1 Click on Authentication !! 9.2 Input Login User Name and Password 2 times!! 9.3 Click OK!
!10. Done!!! for Configuration !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
