Pull through to

Push in until
you hear a
click
Hold the top thread as you turn the
hand wheel towards you so that the
needle goes down then back up. As
Once the needle is
back up pull the top
thread until the
bobbin thread comes
up in a loop
Pull the loop through and
have both thread out the
back under the pressure
foot
