H&H analysis required for changes to the course, current or cross-section of waters of the State (unless waived).

Waters of the State includes the 100-year floodplain for all regulated streams.

Stream restorations – analysis needed for proper design.

Increased risk of flooding to others from any analyzed storm (.10’).

Any area, not owned by the applicant, subjected to flooding increases must be purchased, placed in a designated flood easement, or addressed by other means.
