T Questionnaire results - 1

Self assessment * planning next steps * motivation * T – S cooperation

Heritage languages * new discoveries * interesting topics for

discussions

* new tool in LT and it must be learnt

T Questionnaire results - 2

Dossier

* great overview

Levels & Descriptors for A1 – C2 * good mobility strategy

* good for setting plans for the future

* short or no time

* C1 – C2 distinctions in descriptors were not really clear – esp. in Writing skills part

Positive teaching situation

Motivation Challenge Looking for new ways

It needs explanations Ideas from colleagues

will be useful ‘Technical‘ problems * copying

* no other language translations (CZ, G)

Time Existing courses & their

syllabuses

T Questionnaire results – new teaching ideas

Rethinking of ‘old’ books & materials New concept of syllabus = ‘step-by-

step’ pace Better student motivation for new things Implementation of the ELP descriptors

into exam requirements

No, nothing. No time for that.

YES YES answers

Would you use the ELP in the future?

Would you like to use ‘official’ printed version of the ELP?

Student Questionnaires (150)

Self evaluation

* I know and I can set my personal targets.

* confrontation with the ‘official’ results

* confrontation with other people in the group

* I don’t know how to do it.

* I prefer others to do it.

* too long and confusing

* numbers are better

S Questionnaires - 2

Language heritage

* creative part of the ELP

* finding new things in my own and other people’s past

* interesting discussions

* I have nothing to say.

* too long

* I don’t like talking about personal things.

S Questionnaires

No real comments on descriptors – sometimes confusing teacher’s help is needed.

Dossier * no time

* I can see its usefulness & perspectives, e.g. in my career.

* I can see what I’ve done.

* individual work – self responsibility
