home delivery or collection, it is very difficult to find a slot to book less than a month ahead.
If you can, TRY waiting until 12pm each day as all Supermarkets update their websites at this time and daily cancelations/
alterations/changes only then reveal free slots for the next week

Councillor donates £500 from the 'Covid-19
Community Fund Scheme' to kick off a campaign to ease children out of lockdown
LCC councillor Richard Butroid has teamed up with Scampton Church to start a campaign to raise £2,200 to engage children in an arts project about remembrance when they eventually return to school in the Autumn term.
The majority of children at Scampton Primary School and Pollyplatt
Community Primary School are currently in lock down. They will not now return to school full time until the autumn term. An educational arts,
history and remembrance project for all 200 is aimed at giving them a lift back into school life as a reality instead of a virtual life!. 'VE75 Remem-brance Day will be an ideal opportunity to engage children back into reali-ty. Many children have no concept of the sacrifices made by previous gen-erations which enable them to live in a free and democratic country'.
Following a talk by the chairman of the Lincolnshire Lancaster Associa-tion, and under the guidance of a glazed tile designer, the children will
design and make a glazed tile each which will represent their understanding of ‘remembrance’. The tiles will be joined together to make 6 framed col-lages one of which will be given to each school, The Dambusters Inn (village pub), RAF Scampton, The Royal Air Force Aerobatic Team (The Red Arrows) and Scampton Church
The collages will be displayed at a VE75 Remembrance Service at
Scampton Church on the 8th November 2020 and then, hopefully, again at The RAF Scampton Heritage Centre on 11th November 2020 (Remembrance Day) when all 200 children, staff, parents and carers will take part in a remembrance service in 617 squadron hanger. (Security clear-ance yet to be authorized` and subject to any further Covid restrictions). Both head teachers are keen to implement the project in their schools.
A raffle has been organised in an effort to raise the rest of the funds neces-sary (see www.scamptonchurch.org/aviationraffle).
This appeal is for anyone who would be willing to receive some raffle
ticket books to sell to make this project a reality for the children. Please contact Joe Bartrop at rafwindow@scamptonchurch.org if you can help.
