AnticipatedChallenge

Beingawarethatthemajorityofouradultstudentscouldgreatly

benefitfromanIndividualizedLearningPlan toassistinmoving

themforwardontheircareerandeducationalpathways,we

soughtaprogramthatcouldbecomethecoreofILPs forevery

student.Believingthatbyearninganindustrycertification,

studentsconfidenceandpersistencetogoevenfurtherwouldbe

boosted.

TheSolution

Withthesetwoobjectivesinmind,wesetouttocreatea

pilotprogramfocusedoncustomerserviceskills,(becauseas

weallknow,thesespecificskillsarebeneficialinallrealmsof

ourdailylives,beitemployment,education,andevensocial

settings),whileatthesametime,providingthenecessaryILP

informationintheformofvariousworkshopsthatweofferat
