After identifying a gap in the market for affor-dable luxury - they teamed up with Rina Ranko-va, the founder of bespoke Interior Design and Furniture studio Rina Rankova Interiors.

Beachwood was founded by Christopher Penna and Patrick Reid, who have both en-joyed long and successful careers in the property development and hotel sectors. Having experienced first-hand the time, effort and costs involved in furnishing projects and making them look beautiful, they wanted to find a better way to do it.
