MY GOALS#1. Perform proper documentation using GMP, maintain lab cleanliness, prepare disinfectant, proper biohazard/sharp disposal

#2. Learn to read and follow lab procedures

#3. Assist Laboratory Support Service with daily functions

#4. Assist technicians and departments with various roles including preparation, set up and documentation

THE WORK PERFORMED BY ME

Daily cleaning, Level I

Daily temperature and humidity monitoring of rooms and equipment

Preparing glass jars for depyrogenation

Printing labels

Biohazard/sharp disposal

Removing outdated media from refrigerators and media storage rooms

Cleaning, Level III

Filling test tubes with specific kinds of water for future tests Lab

glassware cleaning

Segregation of clean lab glassware by type on racks

Wrapping lab utensils in double folded aluminium foil, for depyrogenation

Cleaning jars after LAL test, and placing them in the incubator for drying

Preparing solution of SpH disinfectant

6-months maintenance – lab refrigerator - wiping down interior and removing of expired materials

Organizing jars with culture media in the media storage room

Separating sterilized utensils and organizing them in cabinet

Performing Gram stain lab tests

Organizing jars with proper culture media, and necessary utensils for specific sterility tests

Observation of culture media preparation and help during preparation
