How it works

Precepting

Up to 40 shifts (3 months) 1:1 with

preceptor

At new practice level

Each phase of the internship program requires successful completion prior to moving to the next phase

How to be an Intern

We are accepting expressions of interest from graduate personnel who wish to apply to be paramedic interns in the Internship Program pilot.

Do you have what it takes to be an Intern?

• Are you an EMT who has completed a Bachelor in Health Science in Paramedicine?

• Does your line manager support your transition to Paramedic ATP?

• Are you passionate and motivated to deliver clinical excellence?

Paramedic Intern positions are currently available in the following locations:

Auckland • Te Kuiti • Otorohanga
