Introduction

• Is there a national shortage of Paediatric Radiologists?

• Several unfilled vacancies around the UK• Are posts not being advertised due to perceived

lack of applicants?• 2 parallel surveys– Department survey to assess the number of

potential jobs– Trainee survey to assess interested future applicants

Method

• Google Forms • Department survey– Distributed to BSPR members via email (74

responses)• Trainee survey– Email to BSPR junior forum members (9

responses)– Email to all trainees via RCR (320 responses)
