OneDrive keeps multiple file versions so you can easily recover a corrupted file or recover a file you want

to revert back to the original version.

Sync Client

Installing the sync client automatically copies your data files to multiple computers or mobile devices. After the initial sync you can work on your documents – even when you have no Internet connectivity!

Once you have re-established Internet connectivity, your modified documents are synchronized back to the cloud and any other devices currently connected.

Accessing Files through Windows Explorer

Instead of strictly working out of your web browser, you can use Windows Explorer (My Computer) to view the OneDrive Business synchronized folder. Simply launch Windows Explorer and select OneDrive for Business. Open this and you will see all of your synchronized files and you will be able drag and drop files, right click files, etc.

Rowdyspace Decommissioning Project

• Project Includes

o OIT Assistance with migrating data from Rowdyspace (Xythos) to SharePoint Online

o Users will be responsible for moving their own data (Individual User Files)

o OIT will assist with Group sites data migration

o OIT Assistance with migrating workflows and other specialized features to SharePoint Online

o Decommissioning scheduled for Friday, May 1, 2015

• CrashPlan Pro Enterprise

o Upgrading CPProE Server Appliance and Desktop client

o Version upgrade from 3.4.1.5 to 4.1.5.1

o Functionality same – look and feel slightly different

o Resolves Apple MacOS Yosemite compatibility issues

o Greater bug fixes both for Windows and Apple client usage

o Production Upgrade scheduled for Friday, November 21, 2014
