APPLICATION

1. In the update published on 31 July 2019, it was communicated to shareholders
that CIPC had filed a Replying Affidavit in the Main Application and Answering
Affidavit to JCI’s Counter-Application.
2. Shareholders are now advised that, on 12 August 2019, JCI, as the respondent,
filed a Replying Affidavit in the Counter Application with the High Court.
3. JCI’s Replying Affidavit in the Counter Application is attached hereunder.
4. Shareholders will be kept informed on further developments.
