Overview The Johnson City Industrial Park is an approximate 200 acre Industrial Park in east Johnson City, Tennessee. Currently, all land is developed within the park, but a 4800 SF office/warehouse is available for sale or lease, and an 18,500 SF industrial building is for lease.

Utilities Water Water is provided by the City of Johnson City. Line sizes are 4”, 6”, 8”, 12”, 24”, or 30” depending on the location within the park. Wastewater Wastewater is provided by the City of Johnson City. Line sizes are 6”, 8”, or 30” depending on the location within the park. Electric Electricity is provided by the Johnson City Power Board who buys wholesale electricity from the Tennessee Valley Authority. The Johnson City Industrial Park has access to two substations. The Northeast substation is located in the southern end of the park, just across the street from Nathan Lynn Lane. The Barnes substation is located in the northern end of the park, just across the street from Dalewood Drive. Natural Gas Natural gas is provided by Atmos Energy.
