DESCRIPTION

SCHEDULE
SITUATION
The land is situated in a noted farming district in the rural
hamlet of Poynton, in the heart of attractive unspoilt
Shropshire countryside. It is, however, only approximately
7 miles from the county town of Shrewsbury and
approximately 12 miles from Telford, both of which, have
an excellent range of local shopping, recreational and
educational facilities. The land is easily accessible from
the A53, A442 and the B5062.
DIRECTIONS
From Shrewsbury (A49) take the B5062 signposted
Newport. Continue to the village of Roden and turn left
signposted ’Poynton, Poynton Green & Shawbury’. Proceed
for approx. 1 mile and the land will be situated on the left
hand side, identified by a Halls For Sale Board
TENURE
We understand that the land is of freehold tenure and
vacant possession will be given on completion of the
purchase.
ENVIRONMENTAL SCHEME
We understand that the land is currently not in any
environmental stewardship scheme.
BASIC PAYMENT SCHEME
We understand that approximately 37 hectares of basic
payment entitlements will be included in the sale. The
vendors will use their best endeavours to transfer the
basic payment entitlements which have been allocated, to
the purchaser, on completion, subject to RPA approval.
