• Required for all project dogs, horses & cats

• Animal ID required to show at the Larimer County Fair and the Colorado State Fair

• Deadlines: Horse, Dog, Cat – May 1

• Goat, Sheep, Swine –May 5

Log into 4honline using your family email

Go to the Member page

Scroll down to list of family members

Click on “Edit” next to your name

Click on the “Animal/Livestock” button

Choose your animal type

Click “Add Animal”

Fill out the information

Add photos and vaccination record

(where applicable)

How to upload a picture

• Click on “Select”

• Choose picture from your files

• Click on your picture

• Uploading pictures may not be possible

from your phone.

• Please use a computer or ask someone

to do it for you.

How to upload a picture

Follow the same directions to upload more

pictures and your vaccination record.

Click on “Save”

If you don’t click save,

your updates will be lost.

• Log into 4honline using your family email

• Go to the Member page

• Scroll down to list of family members

• Click on “Edit” next to your name

• Click on the “Edit/View” button next to the animal

• Click on “Print Animal Information” at the top
