Tourism related businesses (lodging, internet cafes, transportation services)

Boto-Boto Transportation Services (a popular inexpensive transportation method)Drum Making

Urban Economics

Rural Economics

Little opportunity for economic advancement.

Many people leave rural areas to seek the employment opportunities in urban areas.

Opportunities for sustainability include:

Agriculture Livestock

Handmade CraftsDrum Making

In small communities we observed that the exchange of necessities is more common than exchange of money.
