Leopard geckos are one of the only geckos that have movable eyelids. Leopard geckos do not have toe pads like other geckos do.

Leopard geckos can get up to fourteen inches long. Leopard geckos can live up to thirty years old.

Leopard geckos eat lots of insects. They also eat about anything they can jam down their throats.

Leopard geckos are nocturnal which means to be awake at night. In the day at the right angle you can see right through their heads.

Female leopard geckos have two eggs at a time. It’s the temperature that depends on if the eggs are female , male, or both.

Baby leopard geckos are called Juvenile geckos.

Leopard geckos clean themselves with their tongue. They also catch food with their tongue.

Leopard geckos have slits for ears. They are the only pet geckos that will drink from a water dish.

When a leopard gecko gets caught by the tail, the tail can come off but after a while the tail grows back.

Leopard geckos live in the desert. You can find leopard geckos in Indian and Pakistan.

Leopard geckos make their homes under rocks. They like the dark.
