Hoe het bestelnummer samenstellen? Noteer de eerste vier cijfers en vul die aan met de getallen van de door u gekozen maten. Bijvoorbeeld: het model “Kubus” (LV 9607) met maten 40 cm x 40 cm x 45 cm hoog = LV 9607404045 Voeg tenslotte nog het categorienummer van de door u gekozen stof toe: cat 1 tot 4 (zie bijgeleverde stofstalen). Het uiteindelijke bestelnummer is dan: Kubus LV 9607 40 40 45 1 Met dit nummer kan u de prijs opzoeken in de prijslijst.

Kies ook welke soort fitting u wenst: E27 (grote fitting), E14 (kleine fitting), 3/8 (lier) of klem (alleen waar aangegeven)

Bepaal waar deze fitting dient te worden geplaatst: onderaan (voor staande lampen) of bovenaan (voor hangende lampen).

Als extra kan u ook nog kiezen voor een bodem (enkel voor hangende lampenkappen) of afgewerkt met een bies.

Comment composer le numéro de référence de l’abat-jour à commander? Notez les quatre premier chiffres du modèle choisi et ajoutez les numéros des dimensions choisies. Choisissez aussi le type de soquet que vous souhaitez: E27 (grand soquet), E14 (petit soquet), 3/8 (lyre) ou pince (seulement quand indiqué)

Déterminez où le soquet doit être placé: Au-dessous (pour lampes sur pied) ou au-dessus (pour les lampes suspendues).

En supplément, vous pouvez également choisir un fond (fermeture dessous) ou finition avec un galon (liseret).

How to compose the order number? Note the first four digits and add the numbers of the chosen measurements. Then, add the category number of the chosen fabric as well: Cat 1 to 4 (see the included fabric samples) The complete number will then be: Cube LV 9607 40 40 45 1 With this number you can look up the price in our pricelist.

Also choose the socket you need: E27 (large socket), E14 (small socket), 3/8th (lyre) or clamp (only where indicated).

Decide where this socket has to be mounted: at the bottom (for standing lamps) or at the top (for hanging lamps).

As an extra, you can also chose for a bottom (only for hanging lampshades) or finished with a braid.

Productieprocess - Fabrication

The first step is to cut the fabric in the right shape and with the right measurements. After the model and size is chosen, the laser-guided computer will cut the fabric.

When the fabric is securely mounted on the frame, a small stroke of double sided tape will make sure the overlapping fabric is fixed into place.

Then, a thin layer of glue is added to the frame, so the fabric can be mounted onto it. This is the same for as well the top part of the frame as the bottom part.

At this stage, the lampshade is almost done. Now it is time for the finishing touches. This starts with cutting of the excess fabric...

... and adding a small border of the same color, to cover up the frame and to give the edges a softer look and feel.

When this border is ready, it falls over the inner bars of the frame. After cutting these parts out, the shade is finished!
