LIVING ON AN ISLAND IS INDEED FASCINATING

but living on an Islands can be problematic and mostly depends on infrastructures

available; guests can only have what the hotel is providing.

When, to make your own house or resort, whichever island you choose, there is

nothing to make living there at ease, you have to arrange everything you may

need to make your life comfortable and safe.

Contrary to the problems of all the homes on islands, Villa Centofiori may rely on

unlimited quantities of fresh water that, in fact, allow us to have lakes, streams,

fountains and irrigate the parkland during the dry season from July to November,

when all the rest of the island turns yellow and dies until the next rainy season.

In addition to Villa Centofiori, what we offer is about a hectare of beautiful park,

not an insignificant flat land but land with a natural lake, plains and groves sloping

down to over 100m of beach, where you may realize anything you could want.
