SILICONE RUBBER COMPOUNDS

Monthly volume : 40.000 kgs (1 shift)

Dedicated machines : 1200 liters batch

mixer + 1000 liters batch mixer

+ 1500 open mill + 1000 open mill

Silicone types : standard, high tearing,

high temperature up till 300°C, anti-steam till 160°C, low temperature, no post-

curing, peroxide and platinum curing system.

Compound supplying form : sheets / brick shaped

Compound processability : LTE has developed compounds that can be

processed by compression / injection / extrusion / calendering technology
