What about DMS?
• Today:– Identify a downloadable dataset on your agency website– Gather the metadata for the dataset– Fill out the DMS Excel template and upload to the DMS– Submission then flows through the DMS five approval
stages: sub agency, agency, PMO, security, QA.

Future of DMS
• No immediate changes • Evaluating ways to improve DMS soon– Maintain all the safeguards to ensure data quality– But streamline entering metadata online – Or via the new publisher API– Hopefully no more templates
