Step 1 – Don’t Want Meals You don’t enjoy meal-time food. You don’t want to be bothered. If you don’t bother with eating, it will bother you. Meals are a drag. Were your childhood meals unpleasant? Did people scold / fight? You don’t have time. Meals will take time. Would you take time if the food were good & you could enjoy checking in with your family & friends? You eat on demand. How about adding structure?
