    Increased efficiency of the annual development and rollout of AEP renewal communications materials, stabilized costs and generated statistically significant improvements in member understanding of the Medicare renewal materials, member satisfaction and member understanding of insurance plans.

    Methodist Healthcare:* Successfully developed, implemented and lead a system-wide inpatient satisfaction survey process that is competitive with nationally syndicated patient satisfaction survey products (Press Ganey, NRC-Picker). Under my leadership, inpatient satisfaction survey response rates increased and held by over 50% system-widethroughout 2005. Timely monthly reports/analyses and collaborative consulting with clinical managers have resulted in system-wide top-box satisfaction scores that rose from 56% in 2003 to 85% in 2005.     HelpMate Robotics:* Developed the New England Sales Territory, strategically positioned the HelpMate in this New England hospital market, implemented hospital robotic courier applications, and coordinated/conducted seminars, demonstrations and in-house training for the use of the robot.

    * Developed case study research to define the cost-benefit of HelpMate roboticcourier applications, and to increase market penetration in conservative New England hospital markets. These efforts generated 25% of the company's sales.
