Course Outline-This year we will be learning many different math concepts including tools for algebra, solving equations, inequalities, graphs and functions, linear equations, exponents, factoring, radical expressions, and operations using rational numbers.
• Classroom Rules are consistent with school rules. Students are to demonstrate courtesy and respect at all times. Safety is the primary concern for all. Refer to the student handbook.
• 1. Enter the room calmly, quietly and ready to learn.• 2. Listen and follow directions.• 3. Be prepared for class (paper, pencils, text, notebook,
etc…).• 4. No put downs• 5. Do your Best• 6. Respect and Honesty• 7. No extra items like food, drinks, toys, cell phones or any
other distractions.• 8. Common Sense• 9. Continue to have fun with math.
