Step 1. Bolt angle brackets to backside of LED displayStep 2. Cut to appropriate length and weld to poles-Take care to measure spacing so that the LED brackets will restonto the steel angles after welding.
-Steel Angle should be 2.5" x 2.5" x 1/4" wall minimum,-Also be sure that the steel angles are level.Step 3. Drill holes in steel angles matching hole patterns on LED bracketsStep 4. Gently seat the LED display onto the steel angle and bolt together.-Washers and locking washers are necessary.

Typical Electrical Connection
Because every installation is different and unique, the power cable is left inside the cabinetuntil ready for installation and wiring by licenced Electrical Contractor.This process eliminates installation and placement issues.
Simply drill into the cabinet (sides, top, bottom or back) install watertight Bell box and make connections.
Steps:-Power cables are inside the cabinet-Locate best access point as not to interfere with installation of sign cabinetand easily accessible for service and maintenance.-Drill hole to mate with watertight Bell box and make secure watertight seal.-Run cable into Bell box and make typical connections.
All work must be performed by Licensed Electrical Contractor.Dedicated and proper grounding and load ratings applied.Local disconnect necessary per Electrical Code.
Repeat directions for network cable connection.
Red = LoadBlue = Neutral for 110v Application
or Load for 220v ApplicationGreen = Dedicated Ground
Note:Internal power supplies havea voltage selector switch andmust be set to the appropriatevoltage. 115V or 220V, basedon the power provide to thedisplay.

Instructions:
1) Configure the Wifi Router-power up router-connect laptop to router port 1-change IP in laptop to 192.168.0.66-log into your router by entering 192.168.0.1 in internet explorer-change the router IP address to 192.168.1.1-change IP in laptop to 192.168.1.66-log into your router by entering 192.168.1.1 in internet explorer-change the router name to “MaxxLite LED”-apply maxxliteled01 for a password
2) Provide power outlet inside the sign cabinet to plug in the Wifi Router.
3) Place Wifi router inside the sign cabinet and plug in the power
4) Connect the controller to the Wifi router port 1(use network cable that came with router)
5) In laptop Wifi networks, locate and connect to MaxxLite LED,enter password as requested.
6) You are ready to communicate and upload your content

Setting up your Display
Before content can be added to the display, the software must be configured to match the display specifications.
The pixel matrix of the specific display must be known to perform this configuration. For this example, 224W x 112H will be used.
Start the Upload Program . Click on FILE then NEW.
Enter your Screen Matrix, Select (V3) Program Click OK
Set up Window Screen Layout (Single Window Standard) Click OK
Your program file is now ready for content.
Adding Content
Click on then button, click on "insert Files" and select item(s) to add.
After you add the items, set the "Entrance Time" and "Delay Time".
Once you click on an item, your options will appear on the right side of page.
Typical settings are 1 (sec) for Entrance Time and 3 (sec) for Delay Time.
You can also change the "Entrance Effect" (Typical is RANDOM)
To enter simple TEXT, click on the button and select "EDIT TEXT". This will place an [EditText] line item within your Program
Window. Now you will need to modify the "EditText" item.
Double Click on the [Edit Text] to open the editing box. Type in the text you want. Entrance and delay times can be set here.
Highlight the text you typed and press to make your modifications. Such as Font, Color and Size. Press ok when done.
Set the justification . Background color can be changed by pressing the color button .
With the EDIT TEXT feature the text size may need to be adjusted several times to obtain the best fit within your screen.
To DELETE and item, click on the item and click on the button above. (you will be asked to confirm)
If you have 2 program windows, you can repeat the above steps to enter content.
To change the order in which content appears, select an item and use the buttons to adjust.
To preview the program press the button. Be sure to press the button to exit the play mode and return to edit mode.
Save your program with a current date so that you can return to the current file easily. "Sample 2014-01-06"
Program is now ready to upload to the display. Click on "LED Control", "Send Program to Arm9"
A "Facility" dialog box will appear, click on the box next to the IP address and pres "SEND"
(If the IP address does not appear, click on "refresh" and only select V3 the ok)
A confirmation box will appear, press ok to transmit. When confirmed, press exit.
