3 /4 Ton 4x4 Regular Cab Pickup

Collection Distribution Department

Alliance Water Resources solicited quotations from eight vendors for a new ¾ ton

4x4 pickup truck. This truck will be used in the collection/distribution department

for general daily work activities. The following quotes were received via sealed

bid.

Bids as follows:

Fugate Motors $ 26,172.00

Republic Ford $ 28,776.00

Max Motors $ 31,787.00

Nevada Auto Mall No Bid

Crossroads Chevrolet No Bid

Briggs Auto No Bid

Carthage Ford No Bid

Frank Fletcher Ford No Bid

At this time, I am requesting approval to purchase a new 2016 Ram ¾ ton 4x4

pickup from Fugate motors in the amount of $26,172.00. This unit meets all

specifications set forth in the bid packet. This is a budgeted item included in the

2016 annual budget.
