Conclusion :

As per Questionnaire survey and hypotheses result it can be said that 80% of MBR class Students do not prefer Voice Call over SMS but it has been seen that the preference is given to SMS.

The preference of SMS over voice calls has been seen evaluated from the questionnaire filed by bellow 30 age students and the 50% of over 30 age students had given preference to voice calls.
