• 10.9kW Photovoltaic system (66 panels)
• 3.6kW Wind turbine
• Long span timber structure from renewable resources
• Controlled natural daylighting
• Innovative Hydrothermal Airconditioning passive ventilation system
Would be the first primary school in Australia to obtain 6-star Greenstar
Environmentally sustainable construction materials:
• Efficient Timber structure
• High thermal mass in concrete slab and limestone walls
• Metal cladding is low-maintenance, lightweight and heat reflective
• High levels of insulation
• Low-e glazing
• Recycled PET backing to carpet tiles
• Rubber sheet flooring
• Recycled floor boards as cladding
