It should be accepted because..
• It’s not a crime• It’s the patient’s right to die
It’s not a crime because you kill them to make them die peacefully
If you’re committing a crime, you want benefits from the dead person; however, in mercy killing, you want them to die peacefully.

Feb 2006, FranceMarie Humbert was arrested for killing his son, Vincent Humbert.
Because she didn’t have any choices, she overdosed her son.
However, she was judged innocent by the court at the end....
It’s the right to die
In mercy killing, the patient have the right to be killed, because they want to and it’s their own life.
However, if the patient doesn’t want to die, you can stop them.
