PROJECT PROGRESS AND INVESTMENT
The terminal will be used for loading, discharging, heating, blending, mixing and internal transfers. It is anticipated that there will be 3 separate tank pits:
Surface area approx.70 ha on plot of around 210 ha.
Gasoline and Naphtha compounds with 10 storage tanks Gasoil and Jet A1 with 13 storage tanks Fuel oil with 8 storage tanks
Tank capacity to range from 10,000 to 40,000 cubic meters
10 jetty lines4 berths with 4 marine loading arms.Another 2 berths in Phase 22 road loading bays

Exploration: Alluvial deposits of rivers in 3 main areas – Niefang, Aconibe and Mongodo
Production: Approximately 2,166 kg of gold was producted in the 1970s, achieved by partial mechanization and artisinal mining activities
Resource base: Alluvial gold deposit is relatively thick. Estimated bedrock has an area of at least 350 square km
