• All Clubs are independent incorporated entities

• To keep affiliated University Sporting Club status in 2014• Minimum 50% of members are currently enrolled Monash

University Students• Change name and image to “Monash University xxxxxx)• Adopt and implement University brand guideline including colour

of playing uniforms, future mascot ect.• Adhere to all Legal & Reporting Compliance

Affiliation Agreements• Deadlines

• Affiliation Agreements for 2014 need to be signed off on by 31st March 2014. If not done by that date;

• Facility Bookings from 1st April 2014 will be cancelled• Contact details will be removed from Monash website• Any grants will be put back in the pool for redistribution

• Change to Incorporation Registration and Trading name to be completed by June 30th 2014.
