Step 1. Think about sites NOW

Step 3. Meet with MPH Internship Coordinator (bring Internship Meeting Form) and if applicable, the Office of International Degree and Education Abroad

2-3 terms prior

Step 4. Make contacts with potential preceptors, provide them with your track competencies and discuss project(s); learn their requirements for having an intern; ask them recommended questions (contract!)

1-2 terms prior

Step 5. Fill out Application and Learning Contract-expect revisions; have faculty advisor sign Advisor Approval Form

1 term prior

Step 6. Fill out all forms including yellow TBA course form, obtain all signatures and turn into MPH Internship Coordinator

Friday of Week 10 prior if domestic; Monday of Week 2 term prior if abroad
