The last 20 years saw different kinds of fake commodities filling the market. They range from small, cheap commodities to large, expensive ones. It is generally accepted that where there are people, there are fake commodities. Some lawyers advise that the government should offer guidance to the consumers on the market problems. Because nowadays consumers are put into a position in which they purchase products of poor quality at any time. As a matter of fact, fake commodities cut into the profits of the other companies, breaking principles in equal competition and thus causing other social problems. Therefore, the authorities should carry out the laws to assure that the consumers are free from being cheated. Once found selling goods of poor quality, the businessmen will be put into prison or sentenced to death.
