This material has been developed with the Learning Resource Management Development System ,Schools Division Office of Apayao (LRMDS-SDO Apayao) and has been implemented by

Ang Mailap na Kabayo May isang mailap na kabayo. Nag-iisa siyang
naninirahan sa isang malawak na damuhan.
Saganang-sagana siya sa sariwang hangin.
Sariling-sarili niya ang luntiang damo.
Masaya sana ang buhay ng kabayo kung may
kasama siya. Dahil nag-iisa siya, wala siyang
makausap at walang makalaro, naging
malungkutin ang kabayo. Nawalan siya ng ganang
kumain. Ayaw na rin niyang maglaro. Nagkasakit siya
sa lungkot dahil hindi niya nakayanang mabuhay
ng mag-isa.
