July 15, 2014.– List of Group Officers & Positions they hold– Confirm all officers are ASEE members– Accurate information provides access to

listserv• Announcements• Soliciting Reviewers, etc.

• Include information on section meetings, etc. so that it can be updated on the web site.

Services ASEE provides to Sections/Divisions

• Membership Rosters

– Outreach activities, announcements, etc.

– Status of Membership, active, lapsed, etc

• Website Hosting

– ASEE can host the site under asee.org domain.

– All site maintenance must be conducted by the group.

• Does the balance in the BASS & Operating Accounts get carried over the next fiscal year?– YES, for the BASS Accounts– NO, for the Operating Accounts

• What is the normal turn-around time for a disbursement?– Within 10 - 15 days of receipt at the Headquarters

• Can we go negative on our BASS & Operating Accounts? – NO for both – can’t be overdrawn
