Step4:SelectEYBA2017/2018Fall/WinterSeason.

AfteryouhitContinue,theDivisionsSelectionlist(shownbelow)willappear.Listwillincludebirthyearsforreference.Choosetheappropriateagedivisionforyourathlete.Pleasemakesureyouselectonlyonedivision:

Step 6: Select desired packages.

Each Division will have a registration package and an additional skills package. You need to select the Registration package.

The skills package is for athletes wanting extra skills sessions in addition to their regular weekly practice. Players get up to 10 additional skills sessions (with some bonus sessions available) for $40.

The Skills Sessions Package is OPTIONAL for Recreational/Community Players but is MANDATORY for players playing in the Northwest A/B Program.

Step7:Enterathleteinformation.

Thisistheinformationforyourathlete(daughter/sonplayingonateaminthedivision).Pleaseenteryourinformationcarefullyandaccurately.

Step8:EnterParent/GuardianInformation.

YoucanusethesameinformationyouusedtosignupfortheFREERAMPaccount.

Step9:Enter2ndParent/GuardianInformation.

YoucanentercontactinfoforasecondParent/Guardian.

Step10:Answerafewadditionalregistrationinformationquestions.
