TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT

The training process will be divided into 3 sections over 3 weeks each session will be to 2-4 hours. They consist of the following

Fremantle theory training: Where staff will watch a series of occupational health and safety videos and be introduced to policies and regulations of Manic Organic.

Fremantle Practical training: Where series of activities then are conducted to test the knowledge of staff. Activities will include customers do’s and don’ts and procedures on certain situations

Fremantle training : where each staff will work for 2 hours of paid work and serve customers at the Fremantle store during peak hours.

Black jeans or bottoms Must wear non slip shoes preferably white

sneakers Long hair must be tied up in a bun with a hair

net . All jewelly and peircings are to be taken of
