OAK CLASS AT

KENTWELL HALL

This is Oak Class on a school trip to Kentwell Hall.

THIS IS ME IN MY TUDOR COSTUME

My costume was a poor Tudor girl.

I made it out of my old clothes.

I made my apron out of a pillow case. For the hat, I made it out of a t-shirt.

Under my dress I had a another

t-shirt that was bigger than my hat.

THIS IS ELLEN MY FRIEND

This is Ellen holding a musket. The musket is very heavy . You have to be really strong to hold a musket in

battle. It was quite heavy for Ellen but I don’t know how heavy it was Sid because he

held the musket as well!

DOING A TUDOR DANCE

First they told us how to do the dance and here it is : 8 to the left and 8 to the right; step together; step together; back; back; back; jump to the left; jump to

the right; turn around; 8 to the left; 8 to the right; step together; step together; back; back; back; jump to the left; jump to the right and turn around.
