23 variety of veges produced Tomatoes, Dudhi, Brinjal,

Turmeric, Potato, Cabbage turned out wonderful

At present our Avg. production per day is nearly 25-35 kg

Banana prod. is at par compared to Local chemical farmers

We got Giant size papaya this year, some @ 3-3.5 kg per piece

D. Wheat Grass Project

Wheat Grass ProjectHighlights 2005

Wheat grass project is generating all my running expenses.

We have achieved the targets as planed in May ‘05. Profit margin crossing 50% in Dec’05

Daily Judi sales (at present) : Above 100. Capacity of production is @ 150 per day

Total judi sold in 2005 : 23000 which is @ 20% of total WG business in Vadodara

We have 23 such Wheat Grass beds at present

E. Gaushala2006

1st phase of Gaushala with capacity to in-house 4-5 cows will be ready by 15th Feb ’06.

We will have 2 GIR cows as our first friends of Gaushala by Feb end.

Milk will be sold at the OASIS shop, Vadodara.

F. CompostingPresent status

We have only one method of composting as of now, which is Vermi composting.

Capacity of VC plant is 2-3 ton production of VC per month. We have @ 20-25 kg Earth worms as of now.

Present capacity is sufficient for our own consumption. For sale we need to expand.

In year 2005 we have improved our VC quality by adding various diff. green waste of our own farm.

To start other methods of composting which will be possible after we have cows

Expand VC plant for outside sales. We will expand to 5 ton production per month, so to have 1-2 ton for sales.

We will also start selling Earthworms which has market price of Rs. 250-500 per kg.

G. Nursery

Nursery Present status & Plan 2006

We produced various saplings of vegetables and fruit trees including Mango at our nursery in 2005. We have even grown Sandalwood plants.

In last year we have grown various fruit trees and other imp trees in our nursery. We have learnt how to grow diff trees in nursery.

Soon we will have flower plants for sale in our nursery.
