Religion and Film Series: The Works of Margarethe von Trotta: Hannah ArendtMonday, March 106:30 p.m.Leo A. Guthart Cultural Center Theater, Axinn Library, First Floor, South CampusThis film is a biopic of influential German-Jewish philosopher and political theorist Hannah Arendt. The film covers Arendt’s controversial reporting on the 1961 trial of ex-Nazi Adolf Eichmann for The New Yorker. The screening will be followed by a panel discussion led by Hofstra professors from various departments.
