In view of the recent amendment made in the Patents Act, 1970 by the Patents (Amendment) Act, 2005
effective from 01st January 2005, the Official Journal of The Patent Office is required to be published under
the Statute. This Journal is being published on weekly basis on every Friday covering the various proceedings
on Patents as required according to the provision of Section 145 of the Patents Act 1970. All the enquiries on
this Official Journal and other information as required by the public should be addressed to the Controller
General of Patents, Designs & Trade Marks. Suggestions and comments are requested from all quarters so that

18 Months publication as required under Section 11A of the Patents Act, 1970
as amended by the Patents (Amendment) Act, 2005.
Notice is hereby given that any person at any time before the grant of Patent may give representation by way of
opposition to the Controller of Patents at appropriate office on the ground and in a manner specified under
section 25(1) of the Patents (Amendment) Act, 2005 read with Rule 55 of the Patents (Amendment) Rules,
2006.
Notice is also given that if any interested person requests for copies of the complete specification, drawing and
abstract of any application already published, the photocopy of the same can be supplied by the Patent Office as
per the jurisdiction on payment of prescribed fees of Rs.8/- per page. If any further details are required to be
obtained, the same can be provided by the respective Patent Offices on request.

Under the new provision of the Patents Act, 1970 as amended by the Patents (Amendment) Act, 2005
and Rules there under, Publication of the matter relating to Patents in the Official Gazette of India Part III,
Section 2 has been discontinued and instead The Official Journal of the Patent Office is being published
containing all the activities of The Patent Office such as publication of all the patent applications after 18th
months , grant of patents & all other information in respect of the proceedings as required under the provisions
of the Patents (Amendment) Act, 2005 and Rules thereunder on weekly basis on every Friday.
The Journal is uploaded in the website every Friday. So Paper form and CD-ROM form of the Journal are
discontinued from 01/01/2009.
SPECIAL NOTICE
Every effort is being taken to publish all the patent applications under section 11(A) of the Patents Act.
However, if duplication of publication of any application is found, then earlier date of publication will be taken
for the purpose of provisional protection for applicant and Patent Office will grant Patent not before six months
from the date of second publication, provided that there is there is no third party representation.

The present invention discloses a vertical form-fill-seal machine comprising a hopper (108A) having a chute (108), a forming means

vertical sealing device (110) to make an up and down reciprocating movement, in direction parallel to axis of moving web to provide

A wheelchair, is a chair with wheels, used when walking is difficult or impossible due to illness, injury, or disability. Wheelchairs
come in a wide variety of formats to meet the specific needs of their users. They may include specialized seating adoptions,
individualized controls, and may be specific to particular activities, The purpose of this project is to contribute to the area of
development of mechanism and machine that facilitate working and operation by physically challenged individual to drive and also
carry their wheelchair with them. This wheelchair accommodating three wheeler is specially designed to accommodate or contain
a person along with a wheelchair and also drive the vehicle, all in real time without ever bringing in the factor of their disability. This
wheelchair accommodating three wheeler allow driver to be seated in their wheelchair and drive freely. They can unload the
wheelchair at their destination, this help them with their localized movability. It is provided with special locking in place mechanism
to provide safety to the driver. The floor of the vehicle is lowered with help of special mechanism for easy ramping up the chair. This
project is aimed at changing the way the disable have to be dependent on someone else for transportation. The cost of this system is
little higher than the conventional scooter, but subsidy from the government can make it cheaper, father commercial production will
reduce cost further.

In My Invention IUGAWV can perform better in such condition because it have wheels and rotors which may help it to become a
drone and ground vehicle and if some operation has to perform on a water surface then it will be act as water vehicle can execute the
surveillance. One of the important aspects of any military is robotic vehicle that can be used to destroy militants and save the hostages.
In many cases the military use a ground vehicle and aerial vehicle to eliminate and for surveillance enemy and save hostages. But in
some condition, the UGV (unman ground vehicle) may stuck in mud, quicksand, and bushes etc. Then is quite difficult to rescue the
machine and if a machine is in enemy place then lost of the machine and also the risk of life. The UAV or drone cant land on a enemy
place because it has been difficult to take flight on a enemy place. These two vehicles are have some limits. But IUGAWV can
perform better in such condition because it have wheels and rotors which may help it to become a drone and ground vehicle and if
some operation has to perform on a water surface then it will be act as water vehicle can execute the surveillance. As the sensor,
camera this all is other stuff are going to using in it .These will became a master in surveillance. And also use for jamming the enemy
communication system and make them disable for any backup.

with the help of oriented violent flow and deep learning techniques. The proposed technique will complete in three-fold. First, oriented
violent flow (OVF) method will be employed to extract the violent and non-violent features. OVF method takes the advantage of
intensity changes in successive frames in statistical motion orientations. Next, combination of Na¯ve-Bayes and deep learning based
classification technique will be employed to effectively detect the violent situation. Finally, security mechanism will be adopted to
take appropriate action.

My Invention AIBIA-DRIVING A device consisting of an inbuilt sensor, camera and an alarm is been thought of. The camera in the
device would check whether if the driver is sleeping or not. If caught sleeping it would send a message to the device. The sensor fitted
in the device would check the activity of the driver. If the driver hasnt touched the steering for more than 8 seconds then would send a
message to the device. If this both activities happen at the same time then an alarm in the device would start ringing. Even if the driver
hasnt lost his sleep due to the alarm a water spray would splash high pressure water onto the face of the driver making the driver loose
his sleep and eventually continuously decreasing the speed of the car. The device can be switched on automatically. This device can
be connected to the battery of the car and it would run on it. This can be very beneficial and live saving device for todays date.

The invention relates to isolation of -galactosidase from a novel bacterium. More particularly, the invention relates to use of -
galactosidase for hydrolysis of lactose, to produce lactose free products. The -galactosidase is isolated from Lactobacillus rhamnosus
under accession no. MH823223 NCBI, US.The -galactosidase so obtained can be immobilized on chitosan and reused to make lactose
free products and can be reused upto 40 times, with high efficiency.
