Step3:MakingTheInvestment:TransferofFundsfromSourcetoEB-5Project

• SincethePRClimitstheamountofforeigncurrencythatanyoneindividualresidentmaypurchaseandtransferoutofthePRCtoUSD$50,000peryear,Mr.Wu,asprincipalinvestor,hadfirsthadtotransferthemoneyto10friendsandfamilyinparcelsoftheequivalentofUS$50,000.

• ThoseindividualsconvertedthefundstoU.S.dollarsandthentransferredthosefundstoanaccountsetupinHongKong.ThetotalofallthosefundswasthenfinallytransferredtotheEB-5project’sescrowaccount.Thisprocesstookapproximatelytwomonthstocoordinateandfinish.
